Wine description
light yellow, typical, fine pinot blanc with a delicate flint bouquet, dry, fresh white wine with a round, fruity finish and lots of minerality.
Food pairing
Mild aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, starters and light main courses, very adaptable and a good compainion to most dishes.
