Vinification

Rosé pressed after a short contact time with the skins. Fermentation in used barrels, then pressed according to the Méthode traditionnelle (bottle fermentation).

 

Wine description

dry (brut), fine sparkling wine with a fruity aroma of raspberries and wild berries, long-lasting, fine perlage, full, elegant bouquet.

 

Food pairing

mild, dry aperitif with pastries, fruit or as a companion to fish, and light dishes.
